【Overview】
Up until now, if you had multiple assignees registered for a lead, inserting the merge code for "assignee" when composing an email would result inAll registered personnel are reflectedIt was the specification.
With this release, among registered contactsThe youngest person in BowNow's database (person with the oldest record registered as an account)preferentiallyonly one personIt has been changed to reflect the specifications.
From ver6.6.0, it is now possible to change the person in charge to be inserted into the email by using the custom item function.
