BowNow, which you are currently using, has a "company trace function" that allows you to grasp the company name from the IP address that the visiting user is accessing.
　
However, this time it was confirmed that the information in the "company information linked to the IP address" was inconsistent, and we are currently taking measures internally.Inconsistent information will be deleted in the future.

Please check the behavior when deleted as it is summarized below.

The number of companies accessed is displayed in the company distribution on the dashboard page.
The number of acquired companies is the number of companies determined by IP address.Among the displayed companies, the number of companies may decrease because inconsistent company information will be deleted after the response.
* In the case of an environment where inconsistent company information is not owned, the figures will not change.

When looking at the site status, if the IP address information accessed by the user is in the BowNow database, "cid information" is displayed, and when clicked, it is linked to the company details.
Also here, if the information is inconsistent after the correspondence, the company information will be lost, so the display will be changed to the IP address.
* For leads that do not have inconsistent company information, there is no change in the display.

When searching for a lead, "cid" information is displayed if the company name and company information can be confirmed in the company / organization name column, and IP address information is displayed if the company information is unknown.
"Cid information" is a link, and clicking it will take you to the company details.

If the information is inconsistent after the response, the company information will be lost, so the display of "cid information" will be changed to the IP address.
* If the company / organization name is not set for the lead, the part where the company name is displayed will also be changed to the IP address.
* For leads that do not have inconsistent company information, there is no change in the display.
