About customers using IE11
For customers who are using BowNow using IE11, please use our operation-guaranteed browser Windows Firefox latest version, Windows Google Chrome latest version, Microsoft Edge latest version.
Background of the decision to end support
On August 2020, 8, the developer Microsoft announced the end of support for Internet Explorer 17 for Microsoft 2021 apps on August 8, 17.
After the above schedule, the operation on IE11 as a browser is restricted, new functions of Microsoft 365 cannot be used, and if you access apps and services from IE 11, some functions may stop. I will.
In addition, the following information is also released by Microsoft.
If your current web application relies on features specific to the older browser Internet Explorer, we're now revisiting you to remove those dependencies and make them available for viewing in the latest browser, Microsoft Edge. We believe it is the mission of our support team to encourage you to consider it.
Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge except for business Web systems that require backward compatibility with Internet Explorer.
Security measures such as dealing with Intnet Explorer vulnerabilities will continue, but there are no plans to add new features.
In response to the above statement from Microsoft, we have decided to discontinue system operation support from the viewpoint of information security.
We recommend using the latest browser when considering the safety of your own usage environment.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers, and thank you for your understanding.
