About bounce rate

If the bounce rate (non-delivery rate) exceeds the threshold, delivery will not be possible.
Please check the details below for the conditions for stopping the system.

Please be sure to check

  • Over 24 emails delivered in the last 100 hoursAndBounce rate exceeds 5%,
     or sending us a message onIf bounce rate acquisition failsWe will stop the delivery.
    • The bounce rate will be confirmed at the time of delivery.
      Please note that an alert will not be displayed to inform you that delivery will not be possible when a bounce occurs.
    • The timing to check the bounce rate is confirmed when you press "Select delivery target", "Set schedule", or "Register delivery".

  • Both soft bounce and hard bounce correspond to the bounce rate.
    If soft bounce occurs due to the specifications, the delivery error count is increased by 1 and
    In the case of hard bounce, no matter how many times the transmission error is judged, it will be regarded as a transmission error once and it will be "stopped".
  • * What are soft bounce and hard bounce?
    Soft bounce is a temporary error condition such as the destination mailer is full or the server is down.
    Hard bounces are cases where delivery is not possible due to permanent reasons such as the address does not exist or the domain does not exist.
