On the page to send an email,
You can send emails to leads registered with BowNow by "HTML email" or "text email".
You can check whether the delivered lead has been opened by "HTML mail", but not by "text mail".
As a caveat, just because an HTML email is delivered does not mean that all the leads to which it is delivered are viewed by the HTML email, and it is displayed as a text email by each mailer on the receiving side, and the open rate is reduced. It may not be possible to confirm.
